Best IoT Project of the Year – IMS Evolve Takes Home the Trophy

The accolade highlights IMS Evolve’s commitment to transformation and innovation, demonstrating our continuous implementation and delivery of better choices made possible for our customers and vitally, their customers.

The UK IT Industry Awards are the largest of its kind and are the benchmark for outstanding performance throughout the UK computer industry, focusing on the contribution of individuals, projects, organisations and technologies that have excelled in the use, development and deployment of IT. We were honoured to be in good company alongside the likes of BT, Virgin Trains and IBM, for the ceremony on Wednesday 14^th November and our win topped off what was already set to be a fantastic event.

The Best IoT Project of the Year category called for submissions of end-user projects that have achieved exceptional results through outstanding project implementation and high-level IT professionalism, implementing change and improving business life, subsequently highlighting the importance of new technology initiatives. 

Judged on innovation, return on investment, quality of management and impact of solution, guest host, comedian Shappi Khorsandi, quoted the judge’s findings during announcing IMS Evolve as the category winners:

"The judges felt that this project gave an exceptional example of leveraging IoT based innovations to provide significant customer value, and the team demonstrated first class customer engagement and project control delivering exemplary return on customer investment."
